Miwa in Kyoto

I am a Japanese woman. I have lived and studied in Australia and England, so I speak fluent English.

I work at a very high quality Ryokan in Gion, Kyoto for 2 years and now I work for a big department store, as an interpreter. These are two places that have the highest level of customer service in Japan.

I serve/meet so many people form all over the world everyday. This is very interesting experience for me because I majored Human Science and Social Anthropology at University and I find so many things relating to cultural difference.

I would like to share my interesting experience working in Japanese customer service and also, I would like to introduce Japanese culture and concepts and its people.

I have always been wanting to be a bridge-like figure between Japan and overseas.
